Where is my order?

Dispatch time is around 2-5 business days. But, if by any chance it takes a bit longer, I promise to shout it out loud and clear on the website.

Now, once your goodies are on their way, they are sent via our pals at Royal Mail. 

I wish I could hand-deliver each order with a big smile, but as that is just not possible, Royal Mail is our trusty messenger. Sometimes they might take a tad longer, blame it on the holiday rush, crazy weather, or other unforeseen adventures.

Keep an eye on your inbox as you should receive a dispatch email when your order has been posted. This will include a tracking number to keep check of where your goodies are in their journey to you. If you have any questions, just give me a shout. Can't wait for you to get your hands on your goodies! 🚚✨

Returns and refunds?

Contact me for any order issues or damaged items. Send a photo and I'll help resolve the problem. Some returns may require shipping fees. Any further questions, please reach out and ask.

Do you ship internationally?

As of this moment I unfortunately do not offer international shipping, but I am hoping to offer this soon!
